VEGAVAAN is a quiet, deliberate jewellery atelier where abundance meets discipline: a deep archive of craft knowledge, a practice of relentless R&D, and a fierce editorial eye that lets only the strongest ideas pass. We make jewellery for people who move between stillness and motion — objects that are precise in proportion, generous in touch, and obvious only in how well they wear.

OUR STORY
VEGAVAAN grew inside an ecosystem of capability and craft: the rich materials, pattern experiments, and production knowledge cultivated at Karma Designs. Under the direction of Vivek Shah, that abundance became a laboratory , hundreds of sketches, metal-work trials, CAD iterations, and bench tests. From it, we distilled a smaller, sharper offering: contemporary forms engineered to last, layer, and be repaired.
BACKGROUND
VEGAVAAN was born inside the ecosystem of Karma Designs — a space defined by technical depth, material understanding, and years of making at scale.
FOUNDER NOTE
Under the direction of Vivek Shah, this abundance became a laboratory. Hundreds of sketches, CAD explorations, metal experiments, and production learnings formed the foundation. But instead of expanding outward, the intention was to refine inward.
Emerged
Launched at Lakme fashion week 2016 VEGAVAAN emerged as that refinement a more focused expression where every piece must justify its existence through design, wearability, and longevity.
